TDS of Polyetheramine HF-B100

Overview:

HF-B100 is a countertype of Huntsman’s FL-1000,which is specially used in gasoline detergent.It is a kind of pure oil-hydrophobic polyether monoether amine with polymerization. The molecular weight is about 1000 and its density is 1.01 g / cm3 at room temperature.

Application:

HF-B100,because of its high hydrophobic structural properties, it’s useful for engine cleaning products,especially as a detergent dispersant in high-grade lubricants, fuel oil, refined oil. Will help to restrain the formation of sediment in the fuel system, and can rapidly disperse and remove the generated oxidized sediment, thereby ensuring the normal engine power and improving the combustion of fuel products.

Its advantages of high hydrophobicity of the structural properties, especially for oily or solvent-based inks and coatings, when used as a dispersant terminal amine group,it’s more reactive than ethanol, and it’s liquid at room temperature.

Safety and toxicity:

B100 polyetheramine oral toxic, weak irritant to the skin, eye irritation, when loading and unloading the HF-B100, protective cover to block the face, in case sprinkle the skin,please clean with soap and water timely.

Packaging and storage:

HF-B100 is normally in 200Kg iron drum,1000kg IBC tank, dark storage, heat, moisture, the shelf life is one year.
